I have been dealing with what i was thinking was a hemorrhoid but today i got uneasy when there was a lot of blood. How can i tell if it’s not a hemorrhoid?

Calmovil is an herbal supplement for the prevention & treatment of hemorrhoids. I’m wondering if anyone has tried it or had any success with it and if it’s worth the they are asking for it on the website?

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and have an external hemorrhoid thanks to being so constipated all the time. I’ve only ever had 1 other in my entire life, back in high school, and I ended up going to the doctor for it. He gave me these waxy suppositories that were no fun to use at all, I would much rather be able to just get some PreperationH or something similar…so I really have several questions…
1. If you have had hemorrhoids during pregnancy, how early did you get them and did they get worse?
2. Is there anything that works better than PreperationH?
3. Where EXACTLY in the store can I find these medications? Because I went to Wal-Mart today and couldn’t find PreperationH and was WAY too embarrassed to ask. =(
