I have constant he hemorrhoid problem and they often burst. I am taking medication that causes anal leakage. Any suggestions on what to do?

my poop is very thin like a pencil
and i have hard time pooping it out

i drink a lot of water and eat fiber

and my stomach keep rumbling
if my pooping wont be normal after 5 days im going to tell my mom about it

and can hemorrhoid cause thin stools?
