How effective are they??? I am considering this treatment. Should I?

Does laser treatment work for external hemorrhoids? Is it very painful? How long does it take to heal? I’m very concerned about my hemorrhoid because I’ve had it for about a year now because I’m afraid of getting it surgically removed because I hear the regular hemorrhoid surgery is very very painful. After i use restroom i feel wet on my backside, so i have to return to restroom and wipe again. Also, i feel constipated when ever i eat spicy food. I believe its a hemorrhoid. Not only does it itch sometimes i feel a burning sensation. I sometimes can feel the hemorrhoid when it flares up.(typically when i eat spicy food) Can someone help me out, i cannot continue to suffer like this.

So my mother had a colonoscopy done and she forgot to ask her doctor about the cause of there being hemorrhoid’s in the last portion of the small intestine. The last portion is found to be the ileum, because it goes from duodenum, jejunum, to the ileum. Does anyone know the cause of there being hemorrhoid’s there? All help appreciated! Thanks!

I feel this lump near my rectum last week… i carefully examine it and it’s still the same size.

right now it’s now hurting when i touch it nor any signs of blood when releasing my bowel or showing on toilet paper. Nor it doesn’t itch.

Is this External Hemorrhoids? or something else? Should I go to doctor?

the only reason why i think it might be hemorrhoids is because it’s a lump — that’s all.

Question, when you go to the loo and it hurts with bleeding! and you have a look and you can see a little lump on your bum not actually that far in it sits just before your opening. Is that a hemorrhoid. If so, is that an external hemorrhoid. And if so how do doctors treat external hemorrhoids if it is that? Internal hemorrhoids and how can you help relieve its??? I know such a gross topic but life!
